BELMONT COUNTY BOARD OF DEVELOPMENTAL DISABILITIES BOARD MEMBERS


JAY RODAK, President - Jay Rodak was appointed to the Belmont County Board of Developmental Disabilities in January 2001 by the County Commissioners. He is the current board president, elected to that post in August 2003. Mr. Rodak is owner of Rodak Insurance, St. Clairsville, and is a member of various community and civic organizations.
 
 
DAHLIA STANTON, Secretary -The Board of County Commissioners appointed Dahlia Stanton to the County Board in October 1997. She has served as secretary since 1998. Mrs. Stanton is the parent of a child who receives Adult Services.
 
 
ROBERT KAPRAL, Vice-President - Robert (Bubba) Kapral has served on the Belmont County Board since October 1997 and was an appointment made by the County Commissioners. Mr. Kapral is the managing editor of The Times Leader, Belmont County’s daily newspaper. He is active in various community and civic organizations and is coach of the Bellaire St. John’s girls’ basketball team and track programs.
 
 
MARLIN HARPER - Attorney Marlin Harper is a partner in the law firm of Harper & Hazlett in St. Clairsville. A County Board member since September 2003, he was appointed by the County Commissioners. Mr. Harper is solicitor for the village of Barnesville and served on the non-profit Thresholds to Tomorrow Board of Directors.
 
 
JOHN RATAICZAK - John Rataiczak was appointed to the County Board by the Probate Judge in January 2003. He is branch manager of the WesBanco Banking Center in Barnesville. He is a member of various community and civic organizations.
 
 
CYNTHIA TOUVELLE - Cynthia Touvelle was appointed to the County Board by the Probate Judge in January 2007 and is the parent of a child who receives Adult Services. Mrs. Touvelle served on the Belco Works’ Board of Directors and has been an active participant in the Special Olympics program in Belmont County. She is Senior Director of Nursing and Care Management at Barnesville Hospital.

CATHY WILSON - Cathy Wilson was appointed to the Board in March 2008. She earned a bachelor's degree in business administration/management from West Liberty State College, and has worked in retail management and real estate.  Cathy is actively involved with various charitable organizations and non-profit boards. She is the parent of a child eligible for children's services.
