Adult Services are designed to help individuals (ages 22 and older) achieve what they need to create a life of their choosing. We respect the choices of those we serve and are committed to helping them become active and contributing members of the community. Services are provided according to a person’s assessed needs and preferences and can include:

• Community/Supported Employment— Full-time or part-time community-based individual and group employment opportunities in Belmont County.
• Vocational Training— Development of skills needed to become employed and stay employed.
• Adult Day Activities— Activities that enhance an individual’s quality of life, provided in a variety of settings.
• Sheltered Employment – Non-integrated employment at Belco Works, Inc., a light industrial setting where individuals are generally paid on a per-piece completed basis in accordance with the Fair Labor Standards Act.
• Transportation— Provision of transportation to Adult Services and other points.
