Maintenance Crew Worker


The Belmont Board of Developmental Disabilities is seeking a Maintenance Crew Worker.


This position is responsible for general maintenance duties. Duties may include performing minor plumbing, electrical, carpentry and groundskeeping work, operating machine tools and welding equipment, handling general equipment maintenance and other responsibilities.


Basic knowledge and skills in use of hand, power tools and equipment, operation and maintenance of diesel-powered equipment, and welding is necessary. A high school diploma, driver’s license and at least one year of experience working in a maintenance position is required. A CDL is preferred.


The position is full-time and offers a benefits package. Compensation is based upon experience.

SERVICE AND SUPPORT ADMINISTRATOR (SSA)

 

The Belmont, Harrison, and Noble County Boards of Developmental Disabilities are collaboratively seeking a Service and Support Administrator (SSA). This person will be the primary point of service coordination for individuals with disabilities. Working with each individual’s circle of support, the SSA’s primary responsibility is to develop, implement, and monitor an individualized, person-centered service plan based upon a comprehensive assessment of the individual’s needs.

The ideal candidate will be a great listener and team player and have excellent communication and organization skills. Prior experience working with individuals with disabilities is a plus. Bachelor’s Degree in a social work-related discipline is required as well as eligibility to obtain necessary certification.

The position is full-time and offers a benefits package. Compensation is based upon experience and education level.
