POSITION POSTING

 

SERVICE AND SUPPORT ADMINISTRATOR (SSA)

Essential Job Responsibilities:  Using person-centered planning, the SSA assists the person served and members of his/her/their team to identify what is important to and important for the person.  The SSA is the primary point of coordination, assisting the person with developmental disabilities with development, implementation, coordination, and monitoring of the Individualized Service Plan (ISP). The SSA works in partnership with the person and members of his/her/their ISP team to ensure that the services in the ISP meet their needs and help the person achieve the desired outcomes. 

 

Qualifications:  Minimum of a bachelor’s degree required – preferably in a human services-related field. Ability to obtain and maintain the certification requirements of the Ohio Department of Developmental Disabilities (ODODD). Successful completion of BCII/FBI background check and multiple database background checks as defined by ODODD Rule 5123-2-02.

 

Office Location:  Belmont County Board of Developmental Disabilities, 68421 Hammond Road, St. Clairsville, OH 43950.

 

Hours: 40 hours per week. Schedule requires flexibility to meet the needs of the people we serve.

Compensation: The position is full-time and offers a benefits package that includes Ohio Public Employees Retirement System (OPERS); medical, dental, vision, life insurance; paid sick, vacation, and personal leave. Compensation is based upon experience and education level.
